Before placing your order if you are unsure about a model being the correct Dimensions for your space or if you need additional product details please take Advantage of our friendly site were you can view product specifications, dimensions And other informative tabs that are available to view once you click on the item. If you do not find the information you are looking for we recommend contacting one Of our appliance specialists for assistance. Please note appliances with doors require clearance for them to open properly, for Example refrigerators, ranges with ovens, laundry units, etc.. Make sure you have Enough space to ensure they can open all they way. Researching before you purchase will avoid most returns.
Return Policy
Returns can be avoided. Before placing your order we recommend Reviewing all product specifications or consult one of our appliance Specialists. All returns require a return authorization (ra) number, contact our Office for further details.
Special orders and commercial washers are not returnable.
All returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee and refund amount will be Issued as store credit only.
Returned items must be unopened with original seal, unused with all Literature, in its original packaging and in the same condition it was Received otherwise they will not be accepted.
We do not accept items that are opened, have been installed or plugged in. Items must be returned using the same shipping method as it was originally shipped. All shipping charges are paid by customer and are not refundable.
Woodcocks reserves the right to refuse returns.
Damage Product Policy
Items must be inspected thoroughly during delivery prior to accepting and Signing the delivery receipt. Items can be damaged during transportation By improper handling and even though the package may appear intact the Product may be damaged.
Items that are received damaged upon delivery are not to be accepted, you must write damaged and note the damage on the delivery receipt and Contact our store immediately for a return authorization (ra) number. If damaged items are accepted upon delivery you are responsible for all Damage claims with shipper.
Defective Product Policy
Items must be installed and tested for proper working condition as soon as they are received.
If an item is not working properly and it is defective you must contact Manufacturer immediately. Contact information is included with product literature
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled prior to shipping ( on the truck ready for delivery) and a cancellation fee will apply. If items are shipped, you must refer to our return policy. Special orders can not be canceled.
Warranty
Manufacturer factory warranty on parts and labor is for one year from invoice date. Some items may have more then one year depending on manufacturer. For extended warranty coverage see warranty details from provider. Factory warranty and extended warranty will be voided if:
Residential appliance is installed in a commercial location or if item is brought out of The continental united states.

Delivery Information And Policy
All deliveries are done by appointment only.
In stock items have an approximate delivery time of 2 - 4 days.
Non inventory items have an approximate delivery time of 1 - 2 weeks. All deliveries will be confirmed prior to delivery by shipping department.
If at time of the delivery appointment no one is available to receive the items and items are returned to the store a $70.00 fee will apply and customer must call to reschedule. The day of delivery an adult must be present to receive and sign for items and Identification is required.
Delivery is to a ground floor residential location front door only, if otherwise it must be specified at time of appointment in order to make the necessary delivery arrangements. If the information is not provided at the time of appointment and items are not able to be delivered and must be returned to the store a $70.00 fee will apply and customer must call to reschedule. Same day delivery cancellation is subject to a late cancellation fee of $70.00 and customer must call to reschedule.
Installation is not included with delivery service.

Assignment
You may not assign Your rights or obligations under this Agreement without Our prior written consent.
